A hearty welcome at our holiday home in Paznaun!

Our renovated holiday house is in the village part Oberhaus. It offers 170m² on the 3 floors. The house offers enough space for 14 persons. There are 5 double rooms (2 of them could be used for 3 persons) 1 single room (possible also for 2 persons) and three showers/toilets. A living room with tiled stove, an eating corner for 14 persons, a full furnished kitchen, TV set, a lumber room and a shoe heater are available.

The house is 3 kilometres far from the centre of Kappl, 5 kilometres far from the Dias gondola and 10 kilometres far from Ischgl. The bus stop is 120 metres from house. If there are ideal snow conditions, you could ski directly to the front door.

Kappl is in the middle of an impressing mountain surrounding. You could find the traditional village character, but also comfort and technique.

Due to it’s altitude (skiing area up to 2700 metres) and it’s sunny position the skiing area offers great fun to all skiers. Skiing pleasure without waiting times, families are welcome, it is eventful and offers best prices. The wide slopes (40 kilometres) are offering fun for everybody, beginners and advanced skiers.
