All booking details about your mountain holiday

• The room prices are in € per person and day for a stay of 3 days or more, excluding resort tax. 
• The resort tax of € 4,00 will be charged separately (children up to 15 years do not pay the tay).
• For short stays there is a surcharge of € 5.00 to € 10.00 per person per day.
• The room price includes breakfast buffet, WiFi and daily use of our in-house sauna and infrared cabin from October to April

• The apartment or studio price is in € per day for a stay of 3 days or more, excluding resort tax and excluding end-of-stay cleaning fee. 
• The resort tax of € 4.00 will be charged separately (children up to 15 years do not pay the tax).
• The end-of-stay cleaning fee for the apartment is € 70.00 and the studio € 50.00.
• For short stays there is a surcharge of € 5.00 to € 10.00 per person per day.
• A surcharge also applies for the fifth person in apartment (only on request).
• Apartment or studio prices include WiFi and daily use of our in-house sauna and infrared cabin from October to April.

• Cancellation is free of charge up to 61 days prior to arrival.
• 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total price of the stay.
• 30 days to 8 days prior arrival we charge 70% of the total price ot the stay.
• From 7 days prior to arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
• No-show or late arrival will be charged at 100% of the total price of the stay.
• The cancellation conditions are independent of whether the canceled rooms can be rented again in whole or in part.
• We recommend that you take out insurance with our partner Europäische Reiseversicherung - it also insures travel interruption in the event of Covid-19.
• MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: in the event of closed borders or hotels or lockdown, you can also cancel free of charge at short notice.

Cancellation sounds uncomfortable and it is - for you and for us. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. It protects you from any additional costs related to Covid-19 and a lot more more before or during your mountain holiday. Reduction in parents' room with two full-paying adults per child and day:
 

• Child under 2 years: no extra charge
• Child between 3 and 6 years: – 50%
• Child between 7 and 14 years: – 25%
• Additional beds or child cots depend on the category and are only available on request

• Check-in: from 2:00 pm (if you arrive after 6:00 pm please inform us in advance)
• Check-out: by 10:00 am

Towels and bed linen are provided - towels are changed once a week free of charge.

Our journey is far from over and we at Garni Ötztal are also working to make a small contribution to protecting our planet. Our rooms, the apartment and the studio are therefore not cleaned daily, but still regularly during your stay. That way we help to save resources, protect the environment and improve our carbon footprint. Fresh towels, care products and toilet paper are of course also available for you between our cleaning days if required.

Our guesthouse is a non-smoking area - ashtrays are available on every balcony.
